Teaching Vacancies

We are now accepting applications for the Partner and Associate positions for the 2012-2013 school year.  This application is the first step in a interview process that includes a phone interview, school visit, group interview, panel interview, and demo lesson. For our Associate Teacher position, we are looking for candidates with at least one year of teaching experience, while Partner Teacher candidates should have at least three years of teaching experience. Applicants from inside and outside the NYC Department of Education are welcome. Links to the official NYCDOE job posting will be placed on this page once available.

Please see this page for more information about  job description. Associate Teachers receive a $60,000 salary plus full union benefits; Partner Teacher salaries range from $75,000-105,000 plus benefits.

The initial application has three components:

1)    A 1 page Curriculum Vitae

2)    Completed basic information form found here: TNAA Application 2012

3)    Two 250 word essays. Times New Roman, 12 point font, double spaced.
